Josh is the one who started to dress Cecil in cute (girl's) clothes, Cecil didn't like it, and he hated pink.
Then Spence came to visit, who thought that Cecil was a girl, like a princess etc....and well, Cecil was so taken with Spence... . Now Cecil is dressing willingly like that for Spence and Josh.lol
By the way it was mentioned that Chase sometimes wears woman's clothes for Josh iirc.^^

i just reread Kiss Me Liar and spotted Josh and Chase’s kids, totally forgot about that until now LMAO But seriously… why dress the second child like that??
