How is the story hard to understand? It’s quite simple actually.

The MC doesn’t know he has the capacity to become pregnant or give birth, the general who ML despises secretly tested on MC’s body (for a lot of reasons but one major is that he’s in the lower sections.)

ML knows that MC doesn’t know. He’s baking on that fact to entice him (with video evidence) wanting the pregnancy. If they have a individual who is tied to the antagonistic general who then goes down with their evidence it’ll be that much easier for MLs life to become easier and for him to take out that antagonistic general. The general has also coerced the ML (among other military officials) for him to procreate offspring. He’s a superhuman human who became an android after testing and brutal battles. They used to drug him and force him to have unconscious sex (rape). To avoid all that he’s using the MC and his pregnancy to procreate that offspring.

MC is also using the ML to strike a deal against that antagonistic general who’s been whoring him out and keeping him stifled and locked in that lower level drugpin.

The MC also is quick on his feet in the context of the drug pin/gambling house but here with the military guys he’s under a lot of pressure so he acts out a lot

I can answer anything else someone may have but it honestly was very straightforward for me

thank you so much for explaining. it is straightforward in ways but i fear i personally find the plot a little goofy ,what with it being (slightly) all over the place. i do find the dialogues awkward as well, so it's nice to have a better grasp of what's going on. again, thank you!
