My default is "oh nothing much, what about you?" Because 99% of the time they're asking because they want YOU to ask them back what they did. They're itching to tell you their activities but don't want to just randomly spill so they initiate it to you first before they talk about themselves for the next 30 minutes. These people actually don't care about you or your activities. Trust.
how abt when they ask "oh rlly what book" IMMEDIATELY no bec thats what happened to me and i jst say "erm i forgot the title"... then they go "whats it abt" (i swear my coworkers are too interested in wtf i do) but im secretly thinking abt under the green light while trying to find a way to switch the convo.
for some reason, their like GEN curious.. im in my head saying "pls dont ask further, pls dont ask further, ://" and then they try to dig in more and ask specific questions LOL... theres no avoiding that. I don't straight up tell them but I LIE with the usual "i actually don't remember" (as the recent chapter of red string quest plays in the back of my head)
pls tell me someone relates….having a job in your early 20s and just reading manhwa/manga/manhua all weekend and your coworkers ask you what you did…. like ermm idk just rotted in bed and giggled to boys and girls kissing hbu? i suddenly feel like im being interrogated. HELP.
