This is exactly what I was thinking omg. Those few chapters at the beginning of this season were just copies of BJ Alex and I was really disappointed, but now it’s different. Plus the depth… hell yeah (▰˘◡˘▰)
We’re getting a lot of good explanation for Jae’s behaviour, but now we just need the apologies and grovelling. Like, a lot of it.
I have to say I'm impressed with Mingwa this time around. She really shut my ass up when I said Jinx was gonna be the same recycled formula as BJ Alex. But this one has more depth to the characters and their backstories than I thought. It's not original by any means, but it's more than I was expecting out of reading Jinx. I'm curious to see how the relationship between Dan and JK will progress. I guess my hope is Mingwa will find an interesting approach to that and not just the typical oh he feels sorry for JK and easily forgives him and throws himself at JK right away. JK owes Dan more than he has to offer after the way he treated him. So Dan better be living like a king with JK like his dog by the end lol (▰˘◡˘▰) kidding, kidding
