Lots of guessing going on in the comment section. Yep he doesn't look like someone to make the 1st move, he looks like the kind of guy who uses sex to release stress. I wonder if it could be as simple as had sex -> won the day after. Didn't have sex -> lose the day after. Doubled check twice, worked, therefore let's keep on doing it.
