Ian saying he dont want to go back to how things used to be..... I wonder what kind of BS the author will try to make up for Ian's suggestion. The dude has suffered for over a decade (?) In TJ's hands, and now he will go back with TJ but not how it used to be ? Couldnt he have done that sooner if that was an option ?

I think right now he’s just feeling a pull to familiarity and nostalgia being with TJ but he knows it’s not a real, long term healthy thing going on— plus all the dangerous stuff with the gang and him wanting to protect Jo means he has a lot more to consider now than just himself and TJ.

I mean yea this is my guess too but I still think its BS to bring nostalgia at this point of this story.

Seeing how far we are, if Ian still craves for TJ then he should just go for it.

Because at this point it feels like Ian would never be over TJ. So if he ends up with Jo its just sad for Jo. So might as well let Ian ruin the rest of his life with TJ, problem solved.

And then we could have a Jo side story where he finds true love (because im a sucker for happy ending).

obv I’m a Jo fan but this doesn’t actually sound too bad in terms of a good way for the story to go
