Because it's not about feelings or emotions. The rape so far is simply a power play, it implies how unbalanced the power both MC and ML hold. It's a psychological tactic, and seeing ML is a pyschopath (at least that's what they've stated) I'm sure it's more curiosity than anything else. I'm actually wondering myself how the heck they eventually develop something resembling 'feelings' with everything going on around them (and what has transpired between them as well).
Also, psychopaths don't catch 'feelings' to begin with...

I know, however, that doesn’t change the fact that sooner or later Zhenya will develop feelings for the MC. I’ve read the novel, and Zhenya will undergo a sudden change, but I’m basing my opinion on the first chapters of the second season. Not only has the art style changed, but so has the storytelling. I feel this season will be forced, and we might not get to see many of the events from the novel that are important for the changes Zhenya and Taekjoo will go through. I’m just a loyal reader, and I truly hope the storytelling improves.

Oh, I see! No wonder. I'm not sure but if definitely feels different from the first season, not just the art but the storytelling as you mentioned. It's not necessarily rushed but more like a lot of details have been cut... maybe we'll see them in the coming chapters but I do hope it's not as rushed as what we've seen so far...
This felt like a bad porn movie like i see no feelings / or emotions it’s just them “fucking”
