Yeah it’s something I can’t get used to, I think even authors themselves are a bit uncomfortable about it because all the pregnancy and the bump are rarely shown, even if the MC have kids there’s usually, or at least in what I usually read
u know what, i was so used to the concept of mpreg and omegaverse that i nvr really realize most manhwa omegaverse don't really go into detail about their biological condition and only emphasize on "heat".
if you started with manga omegaverse, there are some that actually go deep in to the biological condition of the abo stuff
but then again the concept itself is so "out there" and I think most author would think that readers don't really care how it works biologically
