Did you even read the whole thing? They TRIED to turn him into an omega but couldn't, he has 3 glands which is NOT normal, didn't you read the chapter where he was at the doctor? He said he was likely to develop as an omega BEFORE the experiments but because he was interrupted with the experiments he wasn't able to turn into one. Even the doctor said he doesn't have a womb, not even a space for it. So in conclusion, he is not pregnant, can't get pregnant and isn't an omega. Next time please pay attention to what you read :)

okay so it’s not really explained but him having the 3 glands was very dangerous for his health (like deadly) so the prince starts taking him to the royal doctor regularly so they can help him be a “normal omega” and again it’s not really said/explained but we’re supposed to infer that the treatment was working and he was starting to be a “normal omega” by him getting pregnant at the end of the side stories
