Agree, these people are called intersex. I cant blame people for not knowing their existence since their population is close to 0. Some have both genitals meanwhile some have only one but their gender and sex is opposite. In a (probably) rude term, "cuntboys" and "futanaris" exist. Mind blowing, I know.
I genuinely still dont get why MC had lady bits, the only reason I can think of is that it's the new type of fetish material that has been appearing everywhere in yaoi now. If there not transitioning or it has no plot relevance and you want your ML to screw the lady bits make MC a girl then at that point, it just makes no sense why they can't have normal male anatomy anymore.
