i feel you. i cannot get it to stop no matter what i do. its louder than the music i play. it's so annoying. it's even worse when there's like 2-3 train of thoughts at the same time. i wanna turn it off

For me it's like random sentences come into my mind. I also have severe earworm i think LOL because music cant stop playing in my brain and it keeps repeating a certain part mostly the ref. I wake up everyday with my brain playing a random song. Sometimes songs I haven't listeen in a long time. It used to bother me but atp i dont care anymore and embrace it.
The fact that there's ppl out there that have a quiet mind feels so unlikely to me.
Now days I'm just playing music and imagining things 24/7 but I sometimes I would fixate on a a song or just think of a phrase and it would just NOT go away for days.
Also do you mean it metaphysically or does it feel like someone else it's speaking to you?
i doubt anyone has a quiet mind, so maybe just a little?
Does anyone..feel like they're going crazy? I mean I've soooo many thoughts going through my head at the same time. Sometimes it feels someone else is also in my mind... talking to me.
I cant explain the feeling..but I can't just stop thinking. My mind is NEVER at rest. Never....it's uncomfortable sometimes.
