Wait seong ah didn't die he was on the verge when the angels saved him, they were going to heal him then put him back into the human world when seong ah accidentally ate some food from the angels realm which meant he can't leave now, it's why he grew up with the angels
Seong Ah was kidnapped by Wooyeol's father but the car the crashed and the kidnapper, Wooyeol's father, died.The angels came to collect his soul and found Seong Ah injured with only moments left to live and decided to save him. The angels decided to take him with them go treat him and return him later. Seong Ah however ate some of their angel food so he couldn't return (if a human eats the angel or deamon realm's food they can't return). This is explained in ch. 64
