I believe he takes his own life next chapter
I know how bad this sounds but I doubt it, Reality the male mentioned on different occasions he doesn't think he would be a father, and Ml predict his grandfather death (unsure?) ,Mc also has dreams which Ml is calling him a whore and such. Ml also hesitates when Ml asks to bond. I think this struggle between the two will go on for a big longer. It's clear they both long eachother but Ml feels as if he's been betrayed.
A line I remember is Ml telling the Mc he wants the Mc to independent. I think they will bond in the stir of a rut or anger, as Ml wants to Mc to be his. They probably go on to have children (?) and then Mc kills himself. Or the Mc will get pregnant and kills himself and the child survives and Ml kill himself. Something of the sort.

I wrote what I said earlier so badly. So let me rephrase, starting here.
I know how bad this is going to sound but I doubt he takes his life in the next chapter. Early during their wedding and on some other occasion, ML (the alpha) says he wouldn't be a good father. Due to the hints and clues the author and ML (the Omegas) point out, it's clear ML occasionally slips up and mentions their past life. I think this is of the sort. We also haven't gotten to the point where ML's grandfather dies and I assume around the current chapters time (chapter 87) this is around the time ML starts his own business or taking lessons (?)

I assume consumed by rage ML will destroy MC's family's company as in Mc nightmares ML mentions The company (Im sure but I think it was about saving it.) it would make sense as in ML's eyes he probably thinks Mc values his family much more than him. I believe They bond as Ml most likely fears Mc leaving him.
As we see in calm before the storm they really did care and love eachother. I don't think ML will kill himself immediately after maybe a few month before he does it.

Sejin also doesnt strike as the type to do that after having children considering he wants them (present sejin anyways)
I think about it every chapter but, he used to have dreams about sa, so I think it’s gonna happen too because it had something to do with his past life… but man idk I think it’ll end up with him sh00ting himself
