kaneki is such a girl dad so this makes complete sense for them. it still kinda pmo that touka was kind of written out of the story in the middle there, but she did come back at the end at least. everything was wrapped up so nicely in the end, even if the chapter before was so sudden with the tonal whiplash in the final. the mangaka does love some time jumps lol, but this was such a fun ride. finally finishing reading the story from when i was in fifth grade to being a college junior, i feel satisfied.
