He will stay alive for sure. He's the MC after all but his memories needs to be wiped out because if he still has his memories then he'll easily forgive the ML. If he forgets the ML then he'll also forget he liked the ML and not recognize the ML which will hurt the ML and make the ML feel tremendous guilt which will be nice to see. The brother will probably not do anything temporarily to the MC because the MC is amnesiac and injured (currently useless for the brother). The ML would probably keep the MC safe because of being proved wrong and feeling guilt either way
Maybe mc going to act like he has amnesia so ml feel little bit pity for him. And he will get the chance to stay away from his brother until he finds another way to deal with his problem.
If he stay alive after this accident. What next , his brother next move will be giving him apple at the hospital so mc will die with allergy.
