It's sad honestly. She couldn't runaway with her son so she valued her safety first. Sometimes women do that so they can come back once they are safe and secure, and sometimes they do it because they want to leave behind the trauma. I don't think we can call the mom a bad person because she has her own problems and traumas. Yeah we can call her a bad mom and an asshole for not thinking about her son and just herself, but she shouldn't be called selfish for prioritizing herself to escape the hell she was living in.
Sorry but she’s selfish she know her son is in danger what if that fucker killed her son he was a little kid and anything could damage him so yeah she’s selfish she shouldn’t be a mom because she might do the same thing again
