AGREE , I’m REALLY REALLY hoping she’s jst like … ignorant but well-meaning. i got a good feeling from the first encounter w her , like the sense that maybe she’d be a strong female character & someone who wouldn’t agree with always abiding by the etiquette that suffocates women (like Laura) but now I’m not so sure she needs to divorce Charles asap for sure though

My girlie senses are tingling and they're telling me that Joanne is not a girl's girl and that if the opportunity for her to rise in society at the cost of Laura comes, she'll throw her under the bus. Sure hope I'm not right, I dislike that there's always a mean villainess in the fl's family.
