There are A LOT of trigger warning about the first season like: rape (a lot sadly), violence, death, in some way torture
tbh I didn't read the first season cause I knew I couldn't handle it since it's pretty heavy stuff so I kinda started reading the second one which is also their second life and the MC Aeroc (blonde One)has all his memories about his first life (for us first season) and about all the suffering he endured . But I was able to do that only because I already knew what happened in the first season thanks to spoilers I found around (thankfully it was all comments and no screenshots of the story)
