I think it's a new webtoon. The girl is a war nurse. The guy is a wounded soldiers. Blind. In a coma(?) the girl name him Su or Soo based on his necklace. Then he was gone. Next time they met he has a different personality. Or personalities. And he also didn't remember the same Su(Soo?) the that girl gave him.
