Gammas are often the primary guards for dominant alphas, or they're like the preferred option because dominant pheromones often affect betas and alphas, turning them into omegas when exposed to a large amount of pheromones.. and since gammas are barely affected by pheromone scents and are rarely harmed by them, they are highly specialized for this job.. if they where exposed for a large amount of pheromones for a long period of time, it's common for gammas to take long vacations or get injections to get rid of the accumulated pheromones
