Ugh I’ve always hated that trope in things, the unknowingly having eaten something you loved cause someone else was a gross piece of shit.
That said I'm not sure i entirely believe Garon simply because he made suuuch a fucking fuss before about getting the Imae kid to eat food he’d provided, and then he goes and utterly destroys that?? Without this the Imae likely would have been stubborn again about eating just on principle, now though he’s probably not going to be able to eat ever again without thinking about that AND will likely refuse anything Garon gives him
