They do get together get married and have a daughter (who's half dragon i think) she gets chance to go back in the side stories so she walks into the hospital and takes her og body off the ventilator her family comes in and recognises her but she leaves as now she have a family of her own
Callisto basically stays by her side the entire time helps her throughout

I'm wondering if Callisto and Penelope are gonna be together, bc they don't have an actual defined relationship rn and based on how the story is going I wonder if she's gonna be able to go back to her world or if she's gonna stay in this world which I honestly doubt. And if she does go back to her original world, will she have told Callisto what it is she feels towards him? Will Callisto and pen just part ways if she goes to her original world?? I feel like he's gonna be a major wreck if she does though. Will he find some magical power that allows him to go to her world? Or will the world itself just drop him off with her?
