well the chapter that was just uploaded finishes on a 'let's say' positive note so I would say if you really want to read now si the moment. I don't know any spoilers so i don't know if it will go worse or better but it feels we are at the end of a tunnel.
If you can wait more don't read
Because the plot is (I believe) in it's climax and we don't know how things will unfold wait for 5 more chapters and then start it
Or you'll be suffering from cliffhangers
