Well Eileen is about the same age (if not younger) as Rita. The physical skills wouldn’t be there yet. However nothing is impossible, we don’t know how she died yet

I'm still on chapter 5 but what if this 'Eileen Nova' is the one who killed Countess Gray? That kind of person, physical skills... I doubt she's more than just a spy. If she really was the murderer (which I assume Count Gray hired) that's an angst fuel right there.
