Well yeah this is the worst part. Spoilers ahead but if youre gonna drop anyway read if you want.
Mc is locked up in his room, shackled, raped and refuses to eat. Eventually he unties him by being kind of nice (if i remember correctly) this is the arc they get closer but through some awful stuff. Force feeding, rape etc, it's awful.
Raon comes back to rescue mc, as he's doing so emperor collapses, dying. Mc yells at him for being so emotionless and not caring at all. Something makes mc want to save him (maybe he apologises? Cant remember) so he breaks his own horn to cure him - emperor seems to die as they get away.
Mc lives with raon in a new town he's built up, he gets named by raon, cute ceremony and everything but then decides to go home to the imae mountain, with the understanding it's basically for Garon.
Garon finds him there then visits often, he's weakend from the toxin, as is mc. They kind of grow together, he actually tries not to murder or experiment with murder weapons etc and put his brains to other things he doesn't total the mountain because mc doesnt want him to and they're... happy? Well not really, mc is plagued with guilt for being with his mothers murderer and can feel raons sadness (they're linked at the soul now). But they're together and the emperor also names him but not so officially., the end. I
It's odd. I stopped reading after it became about raon's love story with someone in the village he runs.

I’m officially dropping this..it’s just a cycle of rape over and over..truly disgusting. I’d be assuming that they’d be taking steps forward but they’re just doing somersaults back.
