Cant recall the name

I would like to reread a manga that i really liked but can't find it anymore and I don't remember the name. Maybe someone else does.
The story goes like this, the mc is a leader of a startup like group full of awkward people so he is the one that needs to present their idea/product/smt to a company, but everything goes wrong. Later he sleeps with the president/person in charge so that their idea/product/smt will be chosen. The storu follows the group of misfits as they start at the company and the relationship between mc en president/person in charge.
