He wakes up listless and can’t really differentiate the Ido from the past to the present. So he just stares at Ido. Ido then tries to apologize but he drifts out of consciousness. He awakes in a bed to Ido sitting next to him. There they exchange words about the past and what not. He sees Ido’s feelings clearly cause of the imprint. He regrets but Sejin is just accepting of everything. He sees it as all ordained by Ido so he doesn’t even protest when Ido is like just go and choose to leave. There he leaves and calls his good pal Mr Kim. He returns to his crib but before that he asks Mr Kim to take him to the hospital for counseling and there we learn as time goes on he sought out therapy and counseling. Three months or so pass.

Doesn't he become pregnant when he leaves Ido in the present?

No, that never happens. In the past life, after the doctor informs him that he’s pregnant he becomes distraught and concocts a plan to use the gun in Ido’s study. His inner thoughts are so sad to read. He said that a part of himself died when Ido and his brother raped him. He also said he’s never hated anyone at the moment even his shitty father but Ido attacking him broke him :(. So he casually sneaks into the study grabs the gun and sits at the table where they studied French and puts the gun to his chest. And then as he’s thinking of Ido like a panorama shot Ido comes in so Sejin sarcastically wishes him a good life and boom he shoots himself. He wasn’t in pain at all he said he found calm in it

No in the present life I read some spoiler that after he comes to remember the past life he moves out back to his apartment but can't stay apart from Ido too long because they're bonded now and also because Sejin is pregnant and needs the pheromones of the father.

You can try booktoki but it’s available in KR you can mtl it and read it though the mtl is wonky af and you can’t make sense of certain things at all. I’ve been trying to find English TL for it but I haven’t be able to for so long.
