This is one of those underrated gems you randomly stumble across not expecting much but get smacked across the face with how good it turns out to be. I hope we get to see where kyouji stands and how he feels about satomi now that we are clear abt satomi's feeling. I really like how author kept kyouji and his feelings elusive and at arms distance unlike the regular bl because even tho its fiction the fact that they have a quagmire of age gap between them it would be really come across problematic if kyouji had expressed any sort of romantic inclination and behavior towards satomi. This has let the route rn really focuses on satomi's internal monologue on things around him his feelings and how he allowed them to take root n bud. The lowkey dissociative and indifferent coldish depressive mood really feels relatable as someone similar to satomi's age. Maybe not for all but I too have gone thru that ansty late teen-early youth phase. I mean im still depressed idk but ahem coming back, i believe as the older and more experienced person kyouji lets satomi take charge n lead of everything is because he doesn't want to be the one doing it coming from an inherently upper standing due to their ages which would give him the manipulative advantage. But instd hes chosen to keep himself at a distance and n go along with whatever satomi wanted or wished. I hope its not the case because he really doesn't have any romantic feelings towards him n sees him like a nephew but more because he doesn't wanna be an influence on him and let satomi shape his emotions independently.
