so far, the flashbacks gives us insight on how taegu and yeongwoon established a bond with eo.. every first of the month, tg was in charge of collecting money that yw’s dad owed to the loan sharks. over time, tg began feeling sympathy for yw thru their convos + when he discovered yw was getting abused by his dad. he became lenient on their late payments. tg later got punished for this because he isn’t supposed to have sympathy for these families (he never has until yw). tg eventually tried to detach from the situation. but when he found out yw ran away from home, tg went looking for him.
