I think is has to do with their names "skylar" for the sky and "cirrus" a type of cloud. So the way i interpret it is that time in ther teens where their emotions are like a sky, sometimes is cloudy, sunny, storm clouds, but the sun always shines. And Skylar and Cirrus lives changed when they met each other.
ReReading this now, I didnt noticed that the file was named cloud where Skylar would put all chan li's photos in , does that have anything to do with the title "lost in the cloud" ? I mean chan li did effect the story alot....
