True so even if she's sick she's force to go to the parties to "socialize" and being sick is not wanted in being a bride since they need healthy woman to give birth.
I'm so sad to know she have to hide and endure it all just for the sake of getting married to a man like prince.
Glad not born in that era, so much discrimination against women, & the social class you're in dictates how they treat you.
Some of the complaints for this manga are weird
A lot of the issues the FL dealt with are arguably historically accurate ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Women *WERE* judged on their demeanour, facial expressions and attendance at important events.
If someone was ill, particularly a woman you *WERE* likely to be cast aside as a marriage candidate. So choices with regard to this make sense.
Really I commend the author for being representative of the historic and continued issue of unrealistic beauty standards on women.
