I feel like EL has so much unresolved trauma by having a relationship with Fenrir compared to the other Semes. Like he struggles with his first life and how Fenrir impregnated another Omega. He also struggled to accept that Fenrir had to have sex with other omegas during his rut.
Even though Fenrir is at no fault of his own for what happened, heartache and tension even if it’s not intentional is still heartache at the end of the day. El needs to learn to letting go of someone is a form of self-preservation and love
TL;DR: El cried at the end of season 1 side story because of helpless he felt in his first life and how he had to accept Fenrir as an alpha who needed to have sex with omegas during his rut.
