You must find the root of your problem first and it won't just go away you have to actively work on it. First try changing your eating and sleeping habits. Probably try exercising. Get out of your old habits and find new things. Don't focus to much on Why or what just pick something and do it. No it's ands or buts.. Try and keep going. Probably try speaking to a professional if you can.
