It's manga BL, i remember the mc has characteristic as a vampire and the seme is a werewolf. So the world has this kind of setting where human has those special characteristics. The mc found a dog or something and turn out it's actually a shapeshift werewolf. The mc is so weak because he hate drinking blood so he is very anemic, he only eat blood suplemen or something because he hate the smell of blood.
