Off the top of my head, check out works of natsume isaku, yamamoto kotetsuko, ogerestsu tanaka, kurahashi tomo, scarlet beriko, yoshio akira. These are the ones I remember having at least 10 ongoing BLs since forever. But they're the best
The best BL mangas are the 5-10 chapter ones with a rating between 8.5-9, drawn in black and white, bad quality and the author has 15 other mangas ongoing since 2017
