Head may be a dick, but I think that's the point. Victor's talking to the head, which houses, I'd say, the most of Henry's actions, but this time without "heart," both literal and figurative, hence why Heart has all the affection. And as we see from the flashback, Henry's a playboy, bluntly put. So, it makes sense we're seeing the bad sides of Henry in this chapter.
Again, this is still on Victor for not cohesively reviving one SINGLE human the day he died, and we see Victor's bad side. Not as bad as Henry, per se, but still bad in that he's till clinging into a past and Henry even though he might've ended up still a playboy if he were one person rather than deal with the present as a result of his own actions.
Eliminate head hoe! Eliminate him
All you need is his heart...
Maybe his dick too
But the head?...no no no
No
I keep saying, now that the head and heart are separate they'll be no conflict of emotions. The head now has full autonomy
So...kill it
Neowwwwwwww
