Why would he have meaningless sex with the girl he liked to get back at his dad it actually makes MORE sense to screw random women vs the one he cared about and wanted to be with later like huhhhhhh

1. She was mad at him 2. He most likely was trying to be someone outside of her because of the fact his dad always lumped him with her saying “you should be more like her & oh if only she was my child” getting together with her in that moment would’ve probably made him feel just felt like he did about the company that his dad’s word was absolute and his opinion didn’t matter I personally believe he wanted to get out that situation before even pursuing her like that.

It’s totally normal for a teen to explore outside of their crush half the people that she don’t know what it means to have a crush anyways lol and there’s no point I really don’t see the point of criticizing his past when he’s doing everything right in this moment if she got hung up on that it would be tons of what ifs
Yeah and there’s other ways to go about these things. The choices him made could of have more thought out into it. (I’m not talking about his sex life -_- cuz y’all are hung up on that sht like crazy) and yeah sure he wanted to get out of his toxic house but instead of trying to work hard to get out, he goes to be a “bad boy”. But then again this is just a book and there’s multiple ways of how ppl would want it to go. He did it to piss his dad off and because that’s what people thought of him anyways yeah he could’ve did it in a different way other people are caught up in his sex life which is the only reason they criticize his character not even a valid (in your eyes) opinion such as yours
OK I have no problem with people who are single and want to fuck around go ahead it’s your life you’re not tied down to anyone, but this motherfucker wants to say I’ve always loved you from childhood but in reality he wanted to be a little delinquent and fuck other women to just get back at his father. In what world does that make sense, there is so many other ways he’s kind of pissed off his father but he went to intimacy. Not with the girl he likes but with others. That just baffles me
