honestly i have no idea how this story is gonna end. or unfold with season 2. it is genuinely so strange because not even raymond is a trustworthy narrator... so he may seem like he's surrendering to them now (especially to jerome) but it might not be the case, as he kept playing a similar strategy in season 1. its so complicated because i dont want him to end up with a single character in this (tho i like how simon takes care of him, but he's still under hugh's influence after all)
