If we're speaking bout "their" business as in just Hojin & Eunjo then no, not really. "Their business" would be if it's just something between Hojin & Eunjo, but because Hojin only even bothers to interact with Eunjo becausr of Sarang, it's not "their business", but the business between the three of them.
Which is why Sarang has every right to butt in, tbh.
Or to say it in a different way, it originally was a business between Hojin and Sarang, and sadly Eunji is just being pulled into the mids of it, because Hojin want's to get at Sarang. Which is even worse.
Cuz imagine you're friend is crushing on someone, but that person doesn't care a bit bout ur friend and simply just wants to use her as some sort of weapon to get at you.
I doubt you'd want her to be with that person either.
