Can someone pls help me find this yaoi/Bl manga with an age gap; younger guy is in his last year of high school I think, it starts with a memory of him and the man he likes laying in the grass looking up at stars. I think I remember 2 other scenes: the younger one gets confessed to by a girl in front of his crush and gets upset it didn’t seem to bother the older man, and the man texting the boy on his 18th birthday that he wants to meet at their spot where they look up at stars….please does anyone know what I’m talking about??
