Yeah no I get that. But I am just saying she probably mentally fucked because of actual reasonable trauma and not some dumb shit where she got rejected from a guy. I am not trying to justify or actions or be on her side. But I can totally see her having someone she idolized and treasured that Chidori tormented to a point of violence and SA where she hates them to her core. That she became obsessed with hating them. It’s definitely not right of her to do any of her actions But she’s probably suggesting her to quit because Kaoruko isn’t the “pure” girl that she originally put on a pedestal. So she’s pushing her out and labeling her as trash to keep the higher ground image she has of her school compared to Chidori. It’s probably the only thing fueling her weird obsession and hatred of them. Because we honestly don’t see any other teacher that high of level of hatred towards them

I understand what you're saying.
But, I'll always hate the way they make the antagonist got these kind of background to made reader understand why she did that, because the afterwards they made it like "And, that's why MC have to understand and be the bigger person."
Meanwhile, the teacher judged Chidori students maliciously, manipulate her student to hate and judged them too. And now, try to torment MC mentally to do what she believe what's right. And, we reader supposed to justified that?
She's not fit to be a teacher. She shouldn't be a teacher in the first place. She should deal with her trauma before all of this.
I feel like it has to be more that she was rejected by a guy there. Because they weren’t always great people at Chidori. So what if they terrorized them and possibly even SA the teacher or a friend of hers
