on another note, isn’t it so poetically beautiful yet tragic that aeroc’s acceptance of the truth is what led him to finally leave his life in the hut? in the hut he is hurt and hurting because of the man he loves but at least he sees him. if it was too much aeroc would leave but he doesn’t. but then kloff who knows and acknowledges the truth says aeroc deserves an ending the same as he created, and now that aeroc also acknowledges the truth he shares the same sentiment as kloff, that he deserves the same consequence even after being punished much further that he probably should have (endless years of rape, forced pregnancy, isolation, pain, etc.). and obv after dying he won’t see kloff because aeroc won’t be going where they go…
