This was horrendous, and what is more terrifying and deeply sad is that it is the reality of many countries , where the higher ups do stuff for pleasure and cover up for the underworld organizations, kidnapping, sex trafficking, rape, drugs , children trafficking and more exist and we can do nothing about it because of the corrupt governments who aid and cover up for it too.
