From my perspective the author has emphasized that minchan and seoho are completely different people, so I think he’ll end up with minchan, since seoho died when it was his time to die. Bihwan has to let him go

Im sure its gonna end up as Seoho and Minchan still being the same "person" or w/e as thats usually how this rolls but id LOVE if he actually did have to chose
Between Minchan who gave him his body, but not his heart (yet)
And between Seoho who (seemingly) gave him his heart but not his body
