Exactly I think the storytelling is very good so far. I also like that she doesn't naively fall for things I definitely would fall for (like Ash, I definitely would've folded so hard).

I love a morally grey fmc/somewhat unreliable narrator ppl be hating but not everyone's gonna approach a lawful good stance when they're doomed to die
