Others probably just get redeemed faster/ it’s glazed over. This one the mistreatment (not just exploitative sex) went on for quite a while, and it’s really explicitly been shown Kim Dan suffering from the side effects. It’s because the author shows this that it’s easier to hate on Jaekyung.
