If that's the case then this story isn't a BL but a sport manhwa where Jaekyung is just some character who'll go back to Seoul and continue doing what he already is doing. It's not a story if shit just decided "Nah, I like my belts more than anything" bland and it's not BL. And what's wrong with "love Me, chase Me" trope? It's good and it's not inherently bad. What he did is awful that's why the "chase me" part is there. He needs to grovel an uphill battle to get back what he pushed away.
