Basically she doesnt know anything about him and whenever she asks him he gives vague answers, and the tv show talked bout similar stuff which is true. Ppl being vague about themselves do tend to betray someone a lot which can be hurtful to think about
So she saw a testimony on TV of a woman that had a sus partner +what her coworker told her made her think ML is an escort. She wants to rent a house and help because she thinks he's doing it because of debt. Also because she feels guilty (from her past relationship) of him choosing her when he could choose with money that could help him instead. The paneling was weird and the translation was awful.
Yeah, it was a weird pacing. What I got from it was: from the tv she got that a man evading question means he got something shady to hide, which with her coworker conversation led her to believe that Taeha is evading her questions because he might be working in something shady like escorting, which led her to realize that she doesn’t like to think of TaeHa being close to other women even if it’s for work but doesnt want to coerce him to give that up without helping him with his supposed debts because she doesn’t want him to regret choosing her like Mincheol did
