In my personal opinion, I don't see what's so special about Dan.
Sure, simplicity is probably where the author is trying to get at. But dan has a very dull personality to even make him special. He's just poor af, and addict and always has a sad face. And as you said: he has very poor self worth and value. That's sad.
So for JK to grovel, idk if that's even going to happen. Dan being a pushover is just gonna make Dan forgive him so quick. So idk if there's gonna be any character progress of development on either MCs side's.
Can't believe the random theory I wrote last week was right, Dude really was losing matches and won after having seggs lmao. Aside from that I'm really proud to see JJK overcome his trauma and made it to the top, though he got obsessed with it like he needs to win no matter what.
