After what he’s done, he’s irredeemable, and I’d at least feel some comfort if the author even tried to address it. But no, apparently the “beauty” is that it’s a true enemies to lovers story. Like bro, there’s a limit to what can turn into love. Some things are unforgivable…ethnic cleansing, genocide, mass murder, repeated rape are among those things. After that, enemies to lovers completely fails, unless everyone dies and respawns into a new life. Honestly, people saying “he’s irredeemable but it’s still a good story” sound like the type who’d read a love story between Hitler and a Holocaust survivor if it was written decently.
